Illuminated Graduate Nomination Form

Welcome! This form is used to nominate a graduate student or alumni for the Illuminated Graduate Student Research Magazine. Students can nominate themselves or they can be nominated by their faculty advisor for the following:

1. Full Research Article: Current graduate students who are close to defending their dissertation, thesis, or capstone project (includes an in-person interview with graduate student and faculty adviser followed by a photoshoot).

2. Where Are They Now?: Former graduate students who graduated from ETSU (includes a questionnaire and a professional photo to be returned via email).

3. Where Are They Going?: Current graduate students who were accepted into a doctoral programs/professional programs or other career opportunities (includes a questionnaire and a professional photo to be returned via email).
